Enter the access key you received by email after checkout. This will start the download.
Keys expire after 7 days and include up to 3 downloads. If you lose the installer months later, contact support to get a new key.
Timeline preview note
Optical-flow ProRes clips look lower resolution on the Montage Room Desktop timeline.
The desktop app does not play native ProRes for editing preview yet, so it uses a lighter proxy while you cut.
The exported file stays full quality (no banding from the proxy). This is the expected workflow for now.
